Congrats on the 20lb lost so far! You're doing wonderfully, maybe your body is holding water or something today and next weigh in it'll be down.

Hang in there! I once worked out four days a week without fail for 4 months (pretty recently too) and didn't lose a SINGLE POUND. And I didn't eat that much, either. I tried to tell myself I was gaining muscle weight, but still. It was depressing.
